Order Shipping Policy:

We aim to ship to United Arab Emirates UAE within 14 working days, (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) by DPD and ARAMEX unless otherwise requested or stated. Any changes to our shipping policy will be posted here.

Our Returns Policy:

Within 7 days from receipt HijabiHairCare provides a 'NO QUIBBLES' refund/exchange policy on the understanding items are returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for used or opened goods.

 

However, in the unlikely event a product has not met with your expectations and you would like to request a refund/exchange,
