Payment Policy/Terms & Conditions
Jasper styling opticians is pleased to advise you that a quotation will be provided for any additional private charges in respect of frames recommended lenses.
No order will be placed without confirmation from the customer and receipt of a minimum deposit of at least 50% of the total order value. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund by informing Jasper styling opticians of your intention to cancel. We should receive this notification no later seven days from the date of the initial order/consultation.
Should the customer wish to pay by credit/debit card can do so.
If there are questions in respect of the optician's recommendations, we would be happy to address them. Simply call us quoting the customer’s details.

Guarantee and Repairs Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Jasper styling opticians.
If you have any concerns within three months of purchase, we will put it right – no quibble, no fuss.
All our frames and lenses are also guaranteed against defective manufacture for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Should any of our glasses need repairing we will carry out the repair free of charge.
Please contact us.
We will either forward you a pre-paid padded envelope for you to return the glasses, or arrange to have them collected.

We collect and process patients’ personal data for the purposes of healthcare and marketing.

A safety distance of 1.5 meters is a given. We will only visit after performing all the necessary checks temperature. We have sanitisers and face masks available with all of our visits to use.
Our condition for processing special category data is the provision of health.
We process our patients’ personal data for marketing purposes with their consent or to meet a legitimate interest. This means we can tell you about eye care products and services that may be relevant to you. If you do not want us to process your personal data for marketing purposes, please let us know and we will stop.

The personal data of patients that we may collect and process includes:
Your name, contact details and personal identifiers, your general and ocular health history, your family medical and ocular history, and any relevant signs or symptoms you tell us about.
Details of medicines, spectacles prescribed for you,
details of examinations and other healthcare checks and treatments we provide.
Information relevant to your continued eye care.
How we hold and share your personal data
We process your personal data in strict confidence. We keep your personal data securely in our filing and electronic systems. Patient records are only accessible to the healthcare professionals working within jasper styling opticians and those under their supervision.
We will usually keep any personal data we hold about you for ten years after our last contact with you before we delete it. This is the period recommended as good practice by the College of Optometrists.
